I received an email saying my certificate is on its way, where is it?

The Disclosure and Barring Service will post the certificate to the address stated on the application form. They advise that this can take up to 14 days.

If after 14 days you haven’t received this, you can request a reprint. You can do this by calling the DBS on 0300 0200 190. Alternatively, follow these instructions.

You can only request one reprinted certificate. This needs to be done within 3 months of the issue date.
