I’ve not received my Trust2Ride certificate, what do I do?

Your Trust2Ride (T2R) certificate will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of the attended course date. If you haven’t received this in 14 days, let us know by emailing [email protected]. We can send one additional copy of the certificate to you.


If you wait longer than 3 months to contact us, you will need to contact the council to confirm your attendance. Once they have advised us of which session you attended, we can send out another copy.
