How to View Results

Modified on Fri, 3 Mar, 2023 at 2:56 PM

There are multiple ways to view results in the product depending on the information you require. For example, if you wanted to see the entire compliance history of a driver, you would go to their Subject Record and view the cases from there. If you wanted to see a particular DBS result, you would search through the Case List. Or if you wanted to see all results that had come in in a set time frame, you would look at the Activity results. We will cover all three methods here.

Case View

The Case List View shows all Cases that are on your account. You can search and filter these per your requirements, and then open the case to view the results/tracking data.

In each Case you will see the Case Activities. As you can see here, the DBS is showing as "Refer to Certificate" meaning that there is something on the Certificate. You can then expand the Case Activity by clicking on it to see more.

Subject View

The Subject view shows a list of all your Subjects (Drivers). You can search and filter them as required, and then select the driver you wish to look at.

In this Subject Record you will see all Cases that have been completed for that particular Driver, their states, and you can click on each one to get further information.

Activity Results

The Activity Results Page shows an at a glance look at you compliance data. you can filter and search like any other list view, but the results show on the main screen, preventing the need to go into each Case.

Using the filters at the top, you can customise the list to show any information you require. For example, you may want to see all DBS results that have come in, or the status of all your applications for a specific role. Below  we are filtering by all applicants that have a key result on their DBS in the last 30 days.

If you have the Results / Outstanding Activities emails enabled, you will be directed to this screen to see all key result data from the last 24 hours. Read more here about this feature
