You can now send Case reminders to Subjects from the Case details screen. This is an email sent out to the Subject to remind them that their Case needs attention. This new functionality will not affect the current automatic reminder emails.
There are many reasons Case Reminders may need to be manually sent, including:
- The Subject needs to complete their Case Portal.
- The Subject needs to give consent for a Case to run.
- The Subject needs to reset their password.
To use the new Send Reminder function, navigate to the Case details screen, press the Actions button on the top right of the screen, and then select Send Reminder, an email will then be sent to the Subject to remind them to complete their Case.
A Case Reminder can only be sent out every 24 hours, the date and time of the last reminder will be displayed under the Case state section, as seen below. The Send Reminder button will also display a countdown showing when the next reminder can be sent out.
