The system now flags a Driving Licence Endorsements and Entitlements Case activity if the current address on the DVLA Licence record does not match the current address stored on the Subject’s User account.
To help keep a Subject’s information up to date we now allow the Subject related current address to be updated.
To do this:
- Navigate to the Subject record you need to edit
- Select the Current address tab in the top right
- Click edit
- Enter the new address and save
It is important to note that updating a Subject related current address will not change the address for any in progress Cases.
