Can I complete the application on a mobile device?

You can complete your application on a mobile device, but we don’t recommend it. Most applicants’ problems are resolved simply by using a computer.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can ask for help. Asking a friend, colleague, or family member to complete the form on your behalf, is fine. As long as you provide consent.
