I’ve not had an email from Licence Check, what do I do?

First, check your instructions email. Not all councils we work with carry out a DVLA check with us. 

If the email states you should have received this, check your junk/spam folder. The emails often get marked as spam!

If you have completed a DBS check with us in the past 3 years you have probably already completed this. If so, you don’t need to complete this step and won’t receive an email.

If we encounter a problem with your DVLA check we will contact you via email.
