How do I get a refund?

If you have purchased a DBS Check and you need a refund, please send us an email to [email protected] with your full name, order email address, date the payment was made, and which council you have applied for. We will then look into your payment and contact you with more information.


TaxiPlus can only arrange refunds before a DBS Application has been submitted. Once it has been submitted and the DBS Check has begun, we cannot process refunds as we are charged by the DBS for each submission.
