Find the case on the product and click on the DBS Enhanced case activity. This will bring up ‘application details’ to the left of th screen. You will be able to see what status it is currently in. This could be:
- Waiting for Applicant to Fill in Details: The applicant has not yet completed the application form.
- Awaiting ID Verification: The applicants has yet to send their ID Documents to TaxiPlus
- Receipt Received: The DBS have confirmed receipt of the application and the DBS Check has begun.
- Result Received – The DBS Check has been completed; result information will be shown to the left-hand side.
